Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a clear and strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must meet all of the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and factory seals.
- Products that have been used, powered on, assembled, modified, or show any signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at info@xkah.us within the eligible return period, including your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.
- Items returned without prior authorization will be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet all eligibility requirements.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes already incurred are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Products that have been used, activated, or show signs of wear or tampering
- Items sold as open-box, clearance, promotional, or final sale
- Orders refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control
Shipping Issues and Lost Packages
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a package is confirmed as lost by the carrier after a reasonable investigation period, we will assist the customer in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We recommend contacting our customer support team if you have any questions or concerns about your order or payment, as many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Please note that chargebacks or payment disputes are processed according to the procedures of our payment service providers, which may require additional time to complete.
Policy Abuse and Final Determination
We reserve the right to deny return or refund requests that do not comply with this policy or that indicate abuse, fraud, or misuse.
All return and refund determinations are made by XKAH in accordance with this policy and applicable laws and are considered final.
